Dear Valued Customers, US Horizon has been guided by a set of core values and a strong commitment to the health and safety of our customers, vendors, and employees. As we navigate the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 situation, we are doing our best to ensure we continue to serve you, while adhering to all Federal, State and Local guidelines. At this time, US Horizon will continue to process online, phone and fax orders as you have come to expect. However, we have suspended all Will Call orders as of Monday, March 16 and have closed our Will Call Department until at least March 31, 2020. If the date changes, you will be notified immediately. Following social distancing recommendations, we are modifying our staffing and are using technology to communicate throughout our organization. In addition, we are not allowing any outside vendors or customers to access our building until at least March 31, 2020. We know you have choices in purchasing your shower door hardware and glazing supplies. We appreciate your business and will continue to give you great customer service and great products.
